*Actual Fabric colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.

*The above policy does not apply on any faulty fabric.   

2- Any other ready product can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of your purchase via our contact us page. Please note that during sale periods exchange or refund can only take place within 7 days of your purchase.

* Shipping charges are non refundable, additional return charges may be applied. 

* The product should be in the original packaging.

* The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase, and will be received within 14 - 20 days. 

OPTION 1: Exchange or refund from your home

Step 2: Send us a picture of the received product and your order number. 

*Note: Our office hours are 9 am - 5 pm on weekdays. All inquiries will be attended to within 2 working days.

OPTION 2: Exchange or refund via one of our stores

You can refund or exchange your purchase via one of our physical stores. 

Step 1: Take your item to your nearest store with a copy of your receipt or your confirmation email.

Step 2: A store representative will check the item 

Step 3: If the item is in its original condition you can exchange it instantly. If you wish to refund it the refund will be received with the same payment method within 7-14 days.
