Step 1: Take your item to your nearest store with a copy of your receipt or your confirmation email.
Step 2: A store representative will check the item
Step 3: If the item is in its original condition you can exchange it instantly. If you wish to refund it the refund will be received with the same payment method within 7-14 days.
