1- Fabrics are non refundable and non exchangeable as the product type is a raw material and it can not be returned to its original condition as we cut the fabrics based on the length needed. However you can request a sample before placing your order via contact us page.

OPTION 2: Exchange or refund via one of our stores
You can refund or exchange your purchase via one of our physical stores.
Step 1: Take your item to your nearest store with a copy of your receipt or your confirmation email.
Step 2: A store representative will check the item
Step 3: If the item is in its original condition you can exchange it instantly. If you wish to refund it the refund will be received with the same payment method within 7-14 days.
