Q- Where can you deliver to? Do you deliver internationally?

A- INCA & CO. delivers to addresses within Egypt. We currently do not ship internationally. 

Q- How can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

A- Not to worry, please head to our “Contact Us” form and fill out the form. One of our team members will call you immediately and guide you from there. However, please note that you can change your address within 48 hours of placing your order. 

Q- How long will the delivery take?

 A- Delivery takes 3-12 working days (weekends and official holidays are excluded).

Q- My order is late, what shall I do ?

A- On this rare occasion, if you have not yet received your order after the delivery time please head to our “Contact Us” page and explain your case along with your order number and one of our team members will help you from there. 


Got a question about exchange or refund options?


Q- Can I refund or exchange fabrics?

A- Unfortunately NO, fabrics are non refundable and non exchangeable as the product type is a raw material and it cannot be returned to its original condition as we cut the fabrics based on your cut length needed. However, you can request a sample before placing your order via contact us page. 

*Actual fabric colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor

*The above policy does not apply on any faulty fabric.  

Q- Can I Refund or Exchange any other ready product?

A- Yes of courseIf you wish to exchange or refund a product(s): you can do so within 14 days of your purchase via our contact us page. 

* Shipping charges are non refundable, additional return charges may be applied. 

* The product should be in the original packaging.

The refund is made from 14- 20 days and it will be received with the same payment method. 

 Q- Can I do the refund or exchange via one of your physical stores?

A- Yes of course, however incase of refund the refund will be received with the same payment method within 7-14 days.
